Ideally looking for a bit more function from the Qualifications module, easiest win would be advanced search function so inactive staff members could be hidden without clogging the list.
More detail would include something like:
Ref Table: Staff (already in use) Ref Table: Qualifications (new) Entry Table: Would replace current qualifications view and show which staff member holds which qualifications and when they are due. Would hold the attachment(s) and notes and be able to open and edit rather than only download or delete.
Further from this would be some form of reporting availability on this / these tables as currently any analysis requires downloading table.

An addition to this would be to workflow the qualifications.
Example:
- Dion Wouters Coal Board Medical due for review on 10/12/2025; send notification to X,Y,Z Email to action booking, notification to be sent each day until a renewal/booking date is entered in system or something to that effect.
