We would like to be able to generate a report or export data fields that are for existing recurring project templates.
The current report - Recurring Project by End Date Pivot report , pulls this data, it doesn't allow for all fields to be reported on. These fields are not custom fields.
Example of fields that need to be included:
- Client Purchase Order
- Project Group
- Project Manager
- Template notes
I can also extract data to csv/pdf file from the Recurring Project Templates dashboard listing, but this only shows very limited data.
The reason for this information, is that we would like to be able to check the data within these recurring projects, without going into each one to view.
Also - as a means of checking what recurring projects will be created and if there are any notes/ important details that we need to review prior to the creation date.
NOTE: I did add this as a ticket #27727 (for further clarification and screen shots) but because it is not available in the current report, WG suggested that I request through forum to have this released.

Hi again,
I am re-visiting this topic, as this is VERY important to our business.
What we are finding, is that we have to generate multiple reports to get information out of WG. This is then very time consuming, and also, subject to error, as we have to manually navigate / collate the reports to get the information we require.
The main goal is to get export / generate a report to show all active templates with product and task lines.
All the information is currently in the project templates, and recurring templates, mostly WG fields, but also some custom fields, and we need to export this to be able to report and log important information to our Customers.
NOTE: Another ticket was raised for this #30149 (again, with more information) if required.
