Lead notes allow you to track any information relevant to the sales process in one location. Very handy if a sales person has to take over the process mid lead. To add a note, click the +Add Note button from the lead's detail page, click the Notes tab.
Fill out the fields as required:
- User - Staff responsible for note
- NoteText - Note content.
Click Save to save the note to the lead. A lead can have as many notes as required. The note can then be managed from the Notes tab.
- Edit - Edit the note.
- Delete - Remove the note from the lead
