Printing Stock Sales

WorkGuru allow you to create any documentation you workflow needs via document templates.  There are two types of templates required when using stock sales

• Stock Sale Templates - Equivalent to project document templates. Indented to print sale information primarily for internal use such as order confirmations, delivery slips, pick lists etc
• Stock Sale Invoice Templates - Standard or custom invoice template with stock sale specific merge fields such s stock sale number, name etc.

Stock Sale Templates

Once you have created the stock sale document templates, you can access them from the print dropdown at the bottom of the stock sale detail page. Select Print and select the required template from the dropdown prompt. Select the format required (PDF or DOCX) and Print.

The document will then be saved in the selected format to the default download location on your device. The document's default file name is the stock sale number and client name

Stock Sale Invoice Templates

The default invoice templates in WorkGuru are project focused, and don't contain the relevant fields to display stock sale invoices correctly.  You will need to create a dedicated invoice template to be selected when printing or emailing invoices generated by a stock sale.  An example stock sale invoice template is available.
