Importing Recurring Projects

WorkGuru supports the bulk creation of recurring projects via a csv import template. The import template can be uploaded on the Import Hub (Administration -> Imports)

Recurring Project Import Field Descriptions

Name	Name of the Recurring Project	Required
ProjectTemplate	Project Template used to setup recurring project
Description	Recurring Project Description
StartDate	Start Date of recurrence Project	Required
EndDate	End Date of recurrence Project	Required
NextProjectDate	Date the first project will created within recurrence period	Required
Client	Client who the recurring project(s) are for. Make sure they exist in WorkGuru	Required
BillingClient	Billing Client who the recurring project(s) are for. Make sure they exist in WorkGuru	Required
Frequency	The interval in which each proejct is created	Required
Asset	Asset used on project
ProjectGroup	Project group the project belongs to
ProjectManager	Full name or email of user within WorkGuru managing the project	Required
ClientPurchaseOrder	Client PO for recurring project
IsActive	TRUE or FALSE for setting the active status of the recurring project	Required
