If a lead is similar to a previous one, or you need to "re-open" a lost lead, an easy way to create a new lead is to copy an existing one. From the detail page of the lead you want to copy, click the Copy Lead button.
What is copied:
- Lead details
What is not copied:
- Quotes
- Activities
- Notes
- Files
- History
The lead details will be copied to an add lead page. Update the relevant details as required and click Save to confirm.
