Adding stock/material usage in the WorkGuru iOS mobile app is easy from the Quick Actions menu in the footer or directly from the home page task tiles.
Search to Select Project to add the stock usage against. This will be pre-selected if adding the usage directly from the project to task tile:
Complete the following fields to use products on the project
- Phase - If the project includes phases, select the relevant phase to assign the usage agains
- Bulk Actions - If the project has forecast materials or previous usage, use the shortcuts to Use all Forecast or Use all Remaining.
- Add a Product - Search for a product by SKU or name or Scan the product barcode if present. The dropdown list of product results will display available stock on hand in the mobile apps selected warehouse.
From the Staged Usage section, confirm usage quantities. Tap the Trash icon to remove the product item, or Clear to remove all lines.
Tap Save to apply usage. The product selected are taken out of stock and the costs allocated on Save.
