When an administrator adds a new user to their WorkGuru tenant, by default WorkGuru will send a welcome email to the new user's email address. It is important that they activate their account via the web-page before trying to access the WorkGuru web interface and mobile applications.
This email contains the tenant name and the new user's username and default password. It is important the user clicks on the activation link to activate their account for the first time. The activation link will automatically set the correct tenant on the WorkGuru login page and prompt the user to change their password. Note: If you are logging into another browser, you will need to make sure you remember to set your tenant correctly.

The new user will now be able to access WorkGuru via the web interface and also the mobile applications. If the user does not receive the WorkGuru welcome email, check their spam or junk mail folders or confirm their email address in their user profile has been entered correctly.
