Setting Up the Android Kiosk App

Setting up the WorkGuru Kiosk application on your Android device is fast and easy.  Search for WorkGuru Kiosk in the Google Play Store and install the application following your device's instructions.

Launch the installed Kiosk application on your device.

On the login page, click Change Tenant and enter your WorkGuru tenant.  It is important that the tenant is set before you enter your username and password.

Once the tenant has been set, login in with the username and password you use for your kiosk.

The Kiosk is now successfully setup. Your users can then select their name and enter their pin to access the kiosk.

If you receive this message on sign in, it means there is an issue with either:

  • Check internet connectivity.
  • Incorrect, or no tenant set. Click Change Tenant and confirm it has been set correctly.   
  • Username or Password is incorrect or does not exist in the selected tenant.   Confirm your account has been created and is active in the tenant you are accessing and ensure the credentials have been entered correctly.
