Using Custom Table Form Fields

WorkGuru allows you display results to form questions in a table format.  This is useful if you need to capture mulitple responses to the the same question or questions.

Create a form document template to display table form output.   Add a table with the table properties description set to the custom table field Name.  The table column fields are the entered dropdown field values.   In the above example the custom table field name is Table, and the field values are Question1, Question2, Question3 and Question4.

Complete the from and the custom table will display the questions as table columns.  You can click Add Row to enter multiple sets of data/answers as required.

Once the form is saved, the data captured in the table rows will be displayed as per the form's document template layout.
