Browser Kiosk Impersonation Error Message

If you are trying to login to the kiosk and receive a screen of text with the message: "Can not make cascade impersonation. This is already an impersonated login!", this is due to the mechanism WorkGuru uses to allow staff to login with just their PIN code.


To resolve this issue:

  1. Use the browser back buttons or navigate directly to https://app.workguru.io/ and click on your logo in the top left of the kiosk or WorkGuru header.
  2. Click on the account menu on the top right of the WorkGuru header.
  3. Click Back to my account.
  4. Access the kiosk again as per normal - https://app.workguru.io/App/Kiosk
