An alternative to assigning a dedicated pricing tier to a client to provide different product pricing than the default sell price, is to enter pricing manually in the Customer Prices tab. Customer prices suit a workflow where you only need to control the prices of a couple of products, instead of ALL prices which you can do with a pricing tier.
Note: There is no way to update customer prices in bulk, you need to maintain your pricing manually, so be aware of this to ensure you maintain your required margins.
To add a product to the Customer Prices list, edit the customer and click on the Customer Prices tab.
Click Add Product and search for the product's Sku or Name.
Note: The product needs to exist in WorkGuru to be added. Enter the Client Price to override the products default sell price for this client.
Click Save to apply the customer prices, or repeat the process to add additional product pricing.
