Accurate reporting is central to running a successful business. WorkGuru's reporting engine is designed to be as customisable and flexible as possible by providing a pivot table style interface. This allows each report to be customised, saved and shared so you can get the best information possible that suits your particular workflow.
The default report list is organised in categories:
- My Reports - List of customised reports saved for your use only.
- Timesheets - Timesheet pivot and tabular reports.
- Projects - Project and production reports.
- Invoices - Invoice and credit note reports.
- Purchases - Purchase order line and summary reports.
- Clients - Client activity, pricing and transaction reports.
- Sales - Lead, Quote and Stock Sales reports
- Stock - Stock on hand, demand and movement reports.
- Assets - Asset reports
- Forms - Form completion reports.
- Custom Reports Categories 1,2,3 - Report categories which you can rename to suit your workflow, to save and share customised reports.
The reports themselves generally break down to two types:
- Similar reports but using a different date criteria (created, issued, received, invoiced etc)
- Line (detail) or summary reports.
The reports themselves are broken down into 2 major sections.
- Pivot data fields (Red) - Can drag and drop fields to these 3 sections. Note: the Data section can only include numerical data.
- Fields and Date Range - Available fields for the particular report (this is essentially the difference between reports). The date is also specific to the report. You may have the same report but looking at a different date field so it will return different data.
