One of many ways of completing Quote forms in WorkGuru is directly from the Files and Forms tab in the quote detail page in the browser.
Note: If your quote does not have a Fill Form option available, you do not have any active forms available or make sure that you have selected Quote on the Fillable On section when setting up forms.
To complete a form from the quote details Files and Forms tab, select the required form using the dropdown and Click the Fill Form. Note: Only forms
Complete the fields as required. Once completed and correct, save the form by clicking Save Form.
The completed form is then finalised in the background.
The completed form will then be processed and available to Download in the Recent Activity section of the Forms Command Centre, for all forms types.
Quote forms are also available in to preview and download in the Files and Forms tab of the quote's detail page.
You can also setup detailed notifications when forms are completed using the Forms Completion trigger in Workflows.
